The Partridge office consists of around 50 staff, encompassing Structural, Civil, & Hydraulic Engineers;
Project Managers; Draftspeople; Technical and Admin staff.
We have seven Directors on our Board.

Eamonn has over 30 years of experience as a structural engineer in Ireland, the UK and Australia. This has included lecturing in Structural Engineering in Ireland and Australia. He joined Partridge in 1989 and was appointed Managing Director in 2009.

Jo joined Partridge in 2016 and has been instrumental in heading up Human Resources, marketing, strategic planning and general business operations in her capacity and role as General Manager.

Andrew has 25 years' experience as a structural engineer, joining Partridge in 2005 and becoming a Director in 2010. Whilst his work takes in all aspects of Partridge’s activities, his main area of expertise is in bespoke, architecturally-designed houses and concrete structures.

Peter joined Partridge in 2003 and was appointed as a Director in 2012.
In his role, he is responsible for the project control of residential, multi residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments within the company.

Rob joined Partridge in 2008, becoming a Director in 2014, and has 20 years of experience in the field of structural engineering consulting.
He has extensive experience in the design and site supervision of residential, industrial, commercial and civil structures, in concrete, steel, masonry, timber and aluminium.

Guy has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of hydraulic and fire protection systems, possessing strong credentials and a wealth of experience in strategic planning, design and project management of all facets of the Hydraulic Services discipline.

Nick joined the practice in 1983 and has been a Director of Partridge since 1987. He is responsible for the project control and design of residential, commercial and industrial developments within the company, providing technical review and implementation of the practice.
