Success and joy for Partridge this week, with our ‘Mosman House’ project receiving a NSW State Award at the Concrete Institute of Australia’s biennial “Excellence in Concrete” Awards.
Mosman House was entered in the Residential Category, which recognises residential projects up to 11 storeys high. This is the third consecutive success for Partridge at the CIA’s Excellence awards, having also received State Awards in 2015 for Glebe House and 2017 for Manly House. (Both houses went on to win the National Award in their respective years!).
As a State Award winner, Mosman House now goes on to the National Awards and will compete against the State Award winners from around the rest of the country for the Concrete Medallion. The winner will be announced at the CIA’s national concrete conference in September. Fingers crossed, and watch this space!
