Landscape Engineering
Contemporary Landscape Architecture has challenged the traditional form and use of Public parks and Amenities. There is also now an increasing awareness of the requirement for safe access, use and amenity of public spaces.
This trend has led to an increased involvement by Partridge Partners in assisting Landscape Architects. We design contemporary structural solutions for traditional elements such as stone faced retaining walls and balustrade systems and provide expertise on larger structures (such as viewing platforms, amenity buildings etc) and foundation and stability designs for large public art installations. We have found our structural experience gained in other areas of our practice readily apply to structures within public landscape projects.
