Partridge Partners

General Engineering

Partridge Partners was founded in 1982. For the first few years we designed many large factories. One warehouse was, at the time, the largest single roof in the Southern Hemisphere.

In those earlier days, we designed many office blocks both in Sydney CBD and suburbs. We also designed many schools, TAFE Colleges and other public buildings for the old Public Works Department.

Conservation and refurbishment projects have been another strength of our practice, and we have been particularly enthusiastic with the very obvious overlap between conservation and sustainability.

One area of expertise that we have developed is in alterations and additions to hospitals and aged care facilities, where the institution must continue to operate throughout the building works (which are usually multi-staged).

Our fundamental brief is to provide service and creativity, innovation and leadership in whatever building structure our clients require.

While we have specialised in those areas where we have been recognised as having particular and unique skills, we also keep an open outlook and a high degree of capability in the entire range of structures and buildings.
