Partridge Partners provided structural engineering design and supervision of 5 childcare centres across Sydney. Typically the structures were 2 storey with reinforced concrete slabs and columns, load bearing masonry walls with steel framed roofs and included softfall play areas and shade structures, and either at grade or below ground parking facilities.- Dover Road, Rose Bay (2 storey reinforced concrete frame and masonry over carpark basement excavated in difficult sand site)
- Bradleys Head Road, Mosman (2 storey reinforced concrete frame and masonry)
- Balgowlah Road, Seaforth (Split level reinforced concrete slabs and masonry with over 3m excavation; included at grade carpark)
- Oliver Street, Harbord (2 storey reinforced concrete frame and masonry, basement carpark)
- Seabeach Avenue, Mona Vale (Conversion of squash courts to 2 storey child centre incl. structure upgrade)
